We care for communities.  That's it.  By narrowly focusing what we do, our team builds systems, establishes relationships and creates efficiencies that can't be accomplished by those who try to do too many different things.  We do not manage residential rentals, we don’t sell real estate, we don’t do lawn maintenance.  The better Specialty gets at taking care of communities the more we can devote our energies to the people who live in them and the better value our company can offer.

Specialty currently serves over one hundred communities in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Marion, Lake, Polk, Hillsborough, Volusia, Brevard and Taylor Counties.  Capability is not a question when it comes to Specialty as we have served communities from four to over four thousand units.  We serve residential and commercial community associations including HOA’s, condominiums, property owners associations, professional offices, medical offices and even an airport.
